Thought I’d give you a sense of how much military hardware Russia’s sent into Ukraine, At just 4 locations, there are over 500 Russian tanks, Grad rocket system, artillery, armoured fighting vehicles and various military vehicles.

Myrne near Uspenka in Luhansk Oblast (province).
A military base. In use from late 2015 and still used today.
Buhaivka near Alchevs’k in Luhansk Oblast.
A military base. Still in use today, Russian forces in area from July 2015.
Krasnyi Luch in Luhansk Oblast.
A little south of the Krasnyi Luch, near village of Yesaulivka.
Close to the border, used as transit base for Russian forces entering/exiting Ukraine.
Torez in Donetsk Oblast.
On the southern edge of Torez, it’s one of the largest military bases in Ukraine.
Still in use today, Russian forces in the area from early 2015. Like nearby Krasnyi Luch, it’s used a transit base for Russian forces entering/exiting Ukraine.
These satellite images confirm Russian state media assessment of the amount of military hardware Russian led forces have. Feb 9th 2017, Rossiya 1 reported (see last image) they can deploy a staggering 700 tanks, 300 pieces of artillery, 80 Grad rockets and 400 armoured fighting vehicles. Red is Russian led forces and Blue if Ukraine.
