OSCE has just reported. Over 23rd – 24th Feb they noted 780 explosions in Luhansk region and 150 in Donetsk. Explosions are either outgoing fired shells, or incoming impacts. Russian led forces still continuing their bloody game of switching bulk of attacks from region to region. And as we have seen over the last few days, OSCE was again ordered to leave the border area by Russian led soldiers.

OSCE monitored and facilitated repairs to a fibre optic cable in the area of Vesela Hora in order to restore Vodafone mobile telecommunications services in Russian controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. After conclusion of repairs, Vodafone officials said the connection had been restored in non-government-controlled areas. Currently in Donetsk region there is no Vodafone, network coverage.
