Yesterdays OSCE report listed a large amount of combat vehicles in the Russian occupied city of Luhansk. List included tanks, artillery, Grad rocket launchers, armoured personnel carries, infantry fighting vehicles and anti-aircraft systems. The numbers and make up, indicate a typical Russian, combat unit, such as those seen invading Ukraine in 2014/15. Seen in the cities old, disused airport, Google Earth and OSCE drone images reveal the airport is routinely used as a stopping off place for Russian units in Ukraine.

We can be sure whether it’s a new unit which has just entered Ukraine, or just one redeploying. Also worth noting the Russian hardware which the OSCE observed positioned around civilians areas.
